Circa Sports set the college basketball market all season, so it only makes sense that the outfit was the first shop to post odds on all the opening NCAA Tournament games.
Circa released lines practically concurrent to the Sunday’s selection show, taking bets on games even before the full bracket was revealed. And these were no soft openers, as Circa took $10,000 limits on sides in each of the 32 initial games.
