No one likes to see the economy crash, but you can always earn more money. You can’t bring people back from the dead. It’s the virus causing the markets to crash, not the market causing the virus. We have to beat the virus first and then markets will rebound.
The government must spend as much money as needed to prop up the economy. Under these circumstances, the national debt doesn’t matter.
