Metro Police say they are seeking the public’s help identifying a vehicle that hit and killed a pedestrian early today.
Officers were called to West Sahara Avenue and El Camino Road about 1:50 a.m. regarding a vehicle-pedestrian crash, police said. An unidentified vehicle traveling east on Sahara hit a pedestrian “possibly sitting or lying in the roadway,” police said.
The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The vehicle continued east on Sahara, police said. A description of the vehicle was not available.
