The Supreme Court sure did stretch the Fourth Amendment to justify the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973. Justice William Rehnquist called that out at that time. It is still the same Fourth Amendment today as it was then.
Now we are going back and revisiting that decision. It would have been better if it had been decided differently then rather than some 50 years later.
Seems people were not as mean at that time as they are today.
