Henderson Police were investigating an officer-involved shooting this afternoon, according to the department's Twitter account.
The shooting happened in the southeast area of the city, near College Drive and Paradise Hills Drive, police said in a tweet just after 1 p.m.
Police advised people to avoid the area and expect traffic delays.
