Confusion at Republican caucus in Green Valley

Republican caucus voters flooded Green Valley High School in Henderson this morning only to encounter confusion. Too much of it, several voters told me.

Were they at the right caucus site? What room do they go into? Should precinct captains pick delegates first or defer to campaign representatives, which included Mitt Romney's third-oldest son, Josh?

Some precinct rooms were packed tight; others were light. Some political insiders at the high school blamed the Review-Journal for misprinting where some voters should go.

If you think the Republican process was confusing, just wait for 11:30 a.m. when the Democrats begin caucusing. It's a far more complicated process -- and with greater stakes.
