Former UNLV basketball player Greg Anthony has his number retired at halftime of the UNLV/Dixie State exhibition game, Tuesday Nov. 7, 2006, in Las Vegas. Anthony was a member of the 1990 national championship team coached by Jerry Tarkanian.

Greg Anthony is beginning his second act in sports broadcasting.
Turner Sports will use Anthony as an NBA TV game analyst for NBA Summer League play in Orlando from July 4-10.
Turner Sports would not elaborate on whether this meant Anthony is back in the fold for the long term, but it is clearly an entrée to getting reps again as an NBA studio or game analyst.
