As they say on the streets of VegasVille, it’s all a big numbers game.
Maybe they don’t say that. But we do work with the figures, statistics-wise, in The Kats Report. Some numerical data from the week gone by:
11: Floors high is the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas.
100: The approximate height above the Strip is the Eiffel Tower Restaurant.
$290: Cost of the trilogy of imported Osetra caviar — 50 grams, total — at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, which works out to $5.80 a gram, or about $3 a foot.
20: Number of wine glasses carried safely, without a tray, by a waiter across Allegro at Wynn Las Vegas on Thursday night.
400: Number of Oreos used in the deep-fried Oreos brownie recipe at the 19th Annual Jeff Molitz Super Bowl Party on Sunday afternoon.
200: Number of attendees, approximately and at least, during the course of the game, at the Molitz party.
11: Number of backing musicians employed by Ben Hale of “Million Dollar Quartet” at Harrah’s in his shows at Cabaret Jazz on Saturday night.
40: Years since Bob Anderson of “Frank: The Man, The Music” opened his late-night show at the Top of the Dunes lounge.
12: Number of years Anderson headlined in that show.
66: The ranking of ’N Sync, featuring Joey Fatone (who opens his run with “Rock of Ages” at the Venetian on Feb. 20), on the all-time list of recording artists in the United States. ’N Sync has sold 28 million albums (or “units”), and they share No. 66 with Michael Bolton and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

If you've just hit the jackpot on the casino floor, try the $777 Kobe beef and Maine lobster at Le Burger Brasserie.

Strolling along Le Boulevard don't be surprised to see an extremely lifelike bronze statue move, that's because it's a real person
