Mariah Carey made it official herself this morning, announcing during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” her series of performances at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace.

All the shows are for this spring and summer, from May 6 through July 26. Tickets are available now at the Colosseum box office at (866) 320-9763 and online at TheColosseum.com and AXS.com.

Some figures to note about Carey as she enters her first extended run in Las Vegas:

$55: Her lowest-priced ticket.

$250: Her highest-priced ticket.

18: Number of dates in her Caesars run. They are May 6, 9-10, 13, 16-17, 20 and 23-24 and July 8, 11-12, 15, 18-19, 22 and 25-26.

18: Number of No. 1 hits she has amassed.

18: Age when she met Columbia Records — later to become Sony — exec Tommy Mottola, whom she signed to a deal instantly.
