Hall & Oates are rightfully billed as a multiplatinum rock duo, but you won’t have to dole out multiplatinum prices to see them play MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sept. 23.

Announced today is a one-off performance by the top-selling duo ever in music history, with tickets starting at $35 and going on sale at MGM Grand box offices, LiveNation.com and AXS.com at 10 a.m. Friday. Citi card holders can purchase tickets today beginning at 10 a.m.

Hall & Oates have been recognized as the bestselling duo since record sales have been charted for 29 years, when RIAA recognized them with that distinction.

Among the hits they are expected to perform at MGM Grand are six No. 1 singles: “Rich Girl,” “Kiss on My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater” and “Out of Touch.”

Also hitting the Top 10: “Sara Smile,” “One on One,” “You Make My Dreams,” “Say It Isn’t So” and “Method of Modern Love.”

Hall & Oates are frequent Las Vegas performers, having played the Strip most recently in 2014 with a show at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace.
