Cutting $800 million from next session’s budget? Here are the documents

At a meeting Wednesday, Gov. Jim Gibbons showed legislative leaders potential cuts for the next biennium that total $800 million. One shows a 14 percent cut — that includes K-12 — and the other shows cuts exempting lower ed — that’s a 22 percent cut elsewhere. Apres Gibbons, le deluge.
