Texas Rangers minus-125 against Seattle Mariners: $500 to win $400

The Rangers have had trouble scoring lately, and Yu Darvish has a cut on his pitching hand that could be an issue. But honestly, I would take Darvish at this price in almost any circumstance.

Texas has scored two runs or less in five of its last seven games, which includes a pair of 1-0 victories. One of those games was Darvish’s last start on April 11, when he allowed only one hit and no walks in eight innings but left without a decision. That’s been a common problem for the Rangers’ ace.

However, it may only take one or two to be good enough against the Mariners. Seattle has the fourth highest run differential in the majors and yet it has lost three of the last four, including Tuesday’s 5-0 loss in the series opener.
