Kansas City Royals plus-114 vs. New York Yankees: $500 to win $570
The Royals are red hot lately, but since starter Kansas City Dillon Gee has struggled you can get a good price on the team that’s won 12 of the last 14 and eight of nine at home.
The Royals are 1-6 in Gee’s last seven starts, which along with New York’s resurgent offense is a big reason the Yankees are favored today. But even if Gee struggles, I think Kansas City’s offense, which has averaged six runs per game over the last four, is going to be enough to push the Royals to the win.
Current Standings: Keefer (9-5-1, $11,140), Bern (5-7, $9,654), Brewer (7-8, $9,365)
