Rebecca Church, APN Joins HealthCare Partners

Church began seeing patients on Nov. 1 at the HealthCare Partners facility located at 595 W. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson.
At the West Lake Mead facility, Church combines her experience with the latest in medical technology to ensure the best care for her patients. The family practitioner joined HealthCare Partners Medical Group as a result of the company’s Total Care model, an innovative approach in which physicians and professional staff work as a coordinated team to manage patients’ care and overall health.

Church is a registered nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to joining HealthCare Partners, Church worked with St. Rose Dominican Hospitals as a registered nurse for six years.
