Brooke Pribyl Joins Colliers International as Property Management Assistant
Published on Thu, Jan 24, 2013 (2:49 p.m.)LAS VEGAS – (January 24, 2013) – Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company has hired Brooke Pribyl as a property management assistant. In her new role, Pribyl will assist property managers with day-to-day responsibilities, including tenant and vendor relations, lease administration and maintaining the work order system.
Prior to joining Colliers, Pribyl served as an assistant property manager at Sperry Van Ness where she assisted with commercial properties by communicating with building owners, developing and maintaining tenant relations, managing lease and financial administration and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.
Pribyl holds a Nevada real estate salesperson’s license in addition to a Nevada property management permit. She is a Bonanza High School graduate and has been a resident of Southern Nevada for nine years.
