LV Wranglers Kids Club Event at battleBLAST Laser Tag
Published on Wed, Feb 20, 2013 (10:43 p.m.)FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On February 26th, members of the Duke’s Kids Club and their families will have the chance to play a competitive, head-to-head game with their favorite members of the Las Vegas Wranglers. No one will be wearing skates, however, and the playing field will be remarkably equal, regardless of age, size and athletic ability. The challenges will take place at the popular, new Vegas entertainment venue, Battle Blast Laser Tag, located at 8125 W. Sahara Avenue.
Battle Blast is a sponsor of the Wranglers, the 2012 ECHL Western Conference Champions, and will host the private gathering from 6-8pm on February 26. Participants will have the opportunity to meet the Wranglers’ team members and challenge them to a round of laser tag at the facility’s unique arena. The arena is designed to mimic a war-torn city street, with its own art museum, library and other buildings that serve as backdrop to the competitive game that combines hide-and-seek with high-tech gameplay.
The event is free to members of the Duke’s Kids Club, which is open to all kids under the age of 12. Club membership includes free tickets to featured games, unique fan merchandise, and opportunities like the one at Battle Blast on February 26th, where they can meet and spend time with their favorite athletes. “We’re excited to welcome the Wrangler’s Kids Club members and Wranglers players to our facility,” said Rhonda Mikologic, managing partner of Battle Blast. “Our goal is to provide a fun, memorable day for everyone involved.”
Open since last July, Battle Blast Laser Tag’s arena also features an open viewing platform, as well as an outstanding array of arcade games, snack bar and large party rooms for birthday celebrations, corporate outings and other parties. Turnkey Party Packages include gameplay, private party room, pizza and cake, making it easy for busy parents to host a unique birthday celebration that theirs kids and guests won’t soon forget. The laser tag experience can also be an excellent option for corporate outings, where team-building is inherent in the scheme of the game. For more information, visit http://battleblastlv.com/
