Investment in customer service and innovative technology continues across the state
LAS VEGAS (March 4, 2013) On Tuesday, March 5, Chase will be celebrating the grand opening of its newest Las Vegas banking branch -- located at 9350 Sun City Blvd., bringing the total to 50 branches in Nevada. The new branch is approximately 3,400 square feet and will employ eight people. The new branch also includes two drive thrus – one of which is golf cart accessible.
The milestone will be marked by a celebration at the branch and will feature a ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce at 3 pm. Several local officials including Las Vegas Mayor Pro Tem, Stavros Anthony, Commissioner Larry Brown, Clark County and Romeo G. Betea, Manager, Economic Development Division, City of Las Vegas are expected to participate in the grand opening event.
“The opening of our new Sun City branch represents Chase’s long-term commitment to serving the community of Las Vegas,” said Las Vegas District Manager, Tony Chopp.” Chase has vast experience in helping consumers and businesses with their financial needs and our branch is proud to be the newest addition to the Las Vegas community.”
Since acquiring WaMu in 2008, Chase has opened 13 branches in just the past four years. The company now employs over 600 Nevadans and has extended more than 113,270 new loans and lines of credit to help consumers and small businesses across the state.
The new branches will feature two of Chase’s newest customer service innovations:
• Banking kiosks that offer the services of a traditional ATM, plus new options including bill-pay and cash withdrawal in denominations from $1 to $100
• The ability to instantly issue working debit cards for customers opening new accounts, or who are in need of a replacement card.
Chase customers can conduct their banking at any of the 50 Chase branches and more than 190 Chase ATMs in Nevada. The new Sun City branch is open 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. It provides a full range of services, including checking and savings accounts, business banking, mortgages and other loans, and investment products and services.
