Published on Tue, Mar 26, 2013 (11:13 p.m.)Las Vegas, NV-- Las Vegas, Season 3 of the hit show on Animal Planet, “Tanked” and those two brothers-in-law, Brett Raymer and Wayde King are at it again! Episode 2, “Learn to Love or Love to Learn”, airing March 29, 2013 at 9pm EDT (Cox Cable) / 6pm PDT (Direct TV & Dish) will feature the good old days of Las Vegas being brought back to life in the newest chapel in Downtown Vegas, the Casino Wedding Chapel! Not only will the guys be tasked with building a tank that exemplifies Vegas, they do it with Love!
Las Vegas, the world-class destination that has become known as the “Wedding Capital of the World”, is experiencing a hot, new trend in tourism…Vow Renewals. Chapels are recognizing the growing trend of couples saying “I Do” all over again with a fabulous Vow Renewal. So much have Vow Renewals caught on, that it’s become the new buzz words for the “in thing to do” while couples are visiting Las Vegas. It’s the Utimate Date Night!
The new Casino Wedding Chapel, by Vegas Weddings, brings back the nostalgia of the Vegas of years past with a fishy twist! After reaching out to Brett and Wayde , owners of ATM (Acrylic Tank Manufacturers), Cliff Evarts, owner of Vegas Weddings, let the guys dream a vision of an aquarium that would capture the mood and ambiance he was looking for in a casino-themed wedding chapel. The brothers in law got so into the mood, that Wayde and his wife, Heather, have a surprise for their 15th anniversary!
The Casino Wedding Chapel offers Wedding Vow Renewal Packages for every budget and style and, Elvis is always an option! Most of their Wedding Vow Renewal Packages include courtesy limo transportation, themed music, fresh flowers, and private use of their Bridal Suite. All Vegas Weddings Packages include Professional Photographs and a leatherette holder for a Las Vegas souvenir certificate. “A Vow Renewal can make a couples’ trip to Las Vegas the most memorable and rewarding one they’ve ever experienced,” explains Vegas Weddings President and Founder, Cliff Evarts. “And with the addition of our very custom aquarium, it becomes even more memorable when they can show friends and family that they had their ceremony in the same spot they saw on the episode of “Tanked”.
Founded in 2001, Vegas Weddings’ mission is “To surpass every couples’ expectations, regardless of their budget.” “We know the type of experience that Vow Renewal and Wedding couples wish to enjoy. This understanding led us to expand and create the only Casino Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Our expansion of Vegas Weddings has allowed us to not only offer a very special Vow or Wedding experience in our chapels, but in many areas in Las Vegas and surrounding areas,” said Evarts.
Wayde and Brett like to have their share of fun, but working in the world of aquarium building is serious business and really hard work! Between meeting the expectations of their ever-demanding clients on unbelievable deadlines to the complexities of creating a piece of aquarium art that’s functional and beautiful, Wayde and Brett have their hands full. The duo thrives on humor and has learned to laugh along with the colorful cast of characters who make up the ATM family. Truly a family affair, they are joined by Heather, Wayde's wife and Brett's sister; Brett and Heather's father, Irwin, known as "The General"; Robbie "Redneck," Agnes and a crafty team of designers, engineers, installers, cleaners and builders - creating one big, bold and dysfunctional enterprise.
As co-owners of Las Vegas-based Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM), one of the country's leading and most successful builders of aquariums and two of Sin City's most imaginative businessmen, Wayde and Brett are tasked with building some of the biggest and most awe-inspiring tanks and aquariums for top celebrities, luxury hotels, Fortune 500 businesses, private homes and millionaire homeowners. These enormous and ingeniously designed tanks are filled with amazing aquatic wildlife from around the world. Not only do Wayde and Brett build tanks in Las Vegas, the team's clients are all across the country. Wayde and Brett create and install complex tanks at an array of locations including a nail salon, a miniature golf course, furniture and appliance stores, offices, hotels, casinos, colleges and universities, and bars and restaurants. ATM takes on more than 200 projects every year with tanks ranging from 50 to 50,000 gallons in size. They build tanks for celebrities, businesses and average Joes, and their aquariums and their businesses are filled with the most exotic, unusual, colorful and dangerous fish in the world.
