Angelina Scarcelli Joins Colliers International as Senior Portfolio Manager
Published on Wed, Apr 24, 2013 (9:22 a.m.)LAS VEGAS – (April 24, 2013) – Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company has hired Angelina Scarcelli as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Property Management division. In her new role, Ms. Scarcelli will supervise all aspects of commercial office, retail and industrial properties including oversight of marketing, operational and financial activities.
Ms. Scarcelli brings more than 13 years of experience in the Las Vegas market to Colliers International. Prior to joining Colliers, she served as the director of property management for Sperry Van Ness, where she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations regarding property management, in addition to focusing on owner relations, tenant retention, leasing of both new and renewal tenants, construction management, facility management and asset management services.
Ms. Scarcelli holds a Nevada real estate license and a Nevada property management permit, and is a Certified Property Manager candidate from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Currently, she is involved in the IREM and is a member of the Young Professionals committee.
