Well Care Pharmacy Announces Partnership with Nevada Adult Day Healthcare Centers

NADHC is the first health care model adult day care in the state of Nevada providing an organized program of services supporting the independence of older adults and promoting their social, physical and emotional well-being.
Through Well Care Pharmacy’s partnership with NADHC, clients at all five of NADHC’s valley locations are able to receive their prescriptions through Well Care Pharmacy’s delivery service free of charge. Additionally, NADHC presents Well Care Pharmacy’s services to patients who are referred to their center by other local health care providers including hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

Well Care Pharmacy currently operates six valley locations, with a vision of expanding to a total of 10 locations by 2016. In addition to prescription delivery, the company offers price matching and personalized consulting services.
