Hector Bustamante & Patranya Bhoolsuwan announced as Co-emcees of the Inaugural Miss Asian Las Vegas Pageant

Las Vegas, NV (Sept 19, 2013) – Miss Asian Las Vegas organization announces award winning actor Hector Bustamante and Emmy Award winning channel 8 reporter and anchor Patranya Bhoolsuwan as co-emcees for the Miss Asian Las Vegas Pageant held at the New Tropicana hotel & Casino on October 12, 2013.
The announcement of Bustamante & Bhoolsuwan’s roles adds to the already impressive diverse and talented group of celebrities, leaders, and entrepreneurs that are within the Miss Asian Las Vegas judging panel and invited attendees.
"I am honored to emcee this year's Inaugural Miss Asian Las Vegas Pageant," said Bhoolsuwan. "The group of delegates have worked so hard and I’m delighted to partake in such a great event.”
Hector Luis Bustamante is an American-Colombian actor best known for his compelling portrayal of 'Pedro Vera' in the award-winning Lifetime® Movie 'Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story' for which he received an Imagen Award in 2009. He recently completed production on his latest role as Roberto in USA Network's new hit summer series 'Graceland' opposite Daniel Sunjata. Bustamante's other works include roles in the 2013 award winning web-series Caribe Road, the FX drama series 'The Bridge', and as Mexican Army Captain Vincente in the award winning and critical-acclaimed video game 'Red Dead Redemption' by Rockstar Games.
Patranya Bhoolsuwan is an Emmy Award-winning reporter and anchor at 8 News NOW. She came to KLAS-TV in January 2011 from WUSA-TV in Washington D.C. where she anchored transportation and traffic news reports. The Nevada Broadcasters Association previously recognized Patranya as Best Reporter in Las Vegas. Patranya was born in Bangkok, Thailand and is fluent in Thai.
