Colliers International – Las Vegas Senior Associate Receives CCIM Designation
Published on Mon, Nov 25, 2013 (4:55 p.m.)LAS VEGAS – (Nov. 25, 2013) – Mike Mixer, managing partner of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today Senior Associate Stacy Scheer, CCIM, LEED Green Associate, has received her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. As a CCIM, Scheer has been recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial investment real estate.
Scheer received her CCIM designation after demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of commercial investment real estate by completing a rigorous designation curriculum held in cities throughout the United States, submitting a portfolio of qualifying experience, including transaction volume requirements, obtaining recommendations from a CCIM designee, board member, and one of her clients, and concluded the process by traveling to the CCIM National Convention in Denver, Colorado where she passed the comprehensive final exam.
Scheer has served as a commercial real estate professional since 2004, now specializing in providing real estate solutions for owners and occupants of healthcare and office properties throughout Southern Nevada.

In addition to her CCIM designation, Scheer is also an accredited LEED Green Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council, demonstrating a deep and clear understanding of the most innovative and contemporary sustainable building principles and practices for her clients.
Stacy Scheer is a Senior Brokerage Associate recruited by Colliers International | Las Vegas in 2012 to create their Healthcare Properties Division. In the decade prior to joining Colliers, Stacy was an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Real Estate Solutions also specializing in healthcare properties and was the leasing and asset manager for combined portfolios of nearly 1,000,000 square feet of office, medical, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties for two Las Vegas developers, Sansone Development, Inc. and DSA Development, Inc.
Ms. Scheer studied Graphic Design at Minnesota State University Moorhead and is currently completing her Bachelors of Art in Art History at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
