United Blood Services to Host Blood Drive at The Resort at Summerlin

WHAT: Blood drive at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin

WHY: Find the hero in you! Volunteer blood donors are needed in Las Vegas year-round. All donors will receive multiple gifts, including a voucher for one admission to the Rampart Buffet, a Rampart Casino gift item and a voucher for a free midday sightseeing cruise courtesy of Lake Mead Cruises. All donors will also be entered into drawings for additional prizes courtesy of the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort.

As Southern Nevada’s community blood provider, United Blood Services relies on blood donations to make sure blood is available for anyone who needs it. UBS currently has a need for all blood types, especially O negative. O negative is the universal blood type and the only type that can be transfused to patients with different blood types.

Donors are encouraged to make an appointment and can do so by calling 877-827-4376 or by using the sponsor code “RAMPART” on the United Blood Services’ website (www.unitedbloodservices.org/LV).
