Sale in Anthem Closes

A 12,000 sq. ft. single tenant office building closed in Henderson yesterday for $3,400,000, setting a new record for the area. This was a single tenant triple net sale leaseback that was consummated at the time of recording. Al Barbagallo, Director of Investments for Keller Wiliams Realty aka KW Commercial represented the Seller and initially listed the property.
