Tom Jones
It's been less than three months since his last string of shows at the MGM Grand Hollywood Theatre, and Las Vegas is still Jonesin' for some more Tom Jones
Wednesday, Aug. 13 | 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. | $92.40 | Hollywood Theatre at MGM Grand
While it may not be unusual to see Tom Jones in Las Vegas, the Welsh pop star's long running show still drives crowds into the cabaret-style Hollywood Theatre at the MGM Grand.
Hits like "She's a Lady," "Green, Green Grass of Home" and "What's New Pussycat?" will be on the roster. Jones will be playing the MGM for 14 nights from Aug. 7 through Aug. 20, 2008.
In addition to Las Vegas, Jones typically plays to sold-out shows around the world. Both he and his concerts have been a sort of cultural icon for the city since he took on a long term contract from Caesars Palace in 1968.
Where: Hollywood Theatre at MGM Grand, 3799 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas
Cost: $92.40
Age limit: Not available
Categories: Contemporary, Pop, Singer/songwriter, The Strip, Las Vegas Weekly
