Patrick Marber's "Dealer's Choice"

Poor Richard’s Players presents "Dealer's Choice" by Patrick Marber to open their 2013 season.

Stephen runs a restaurant and has a weekly poker game in the basement with his cook Sweeney, his waiters Mugsy and Frankie, and his son Carl. Mugsy wants to open his own restaurant but needs a loan, Sweeney has an early morning visit with his daughter and doesn’t want to play tonight, Frankie wants to move to Vegas and go pro, and Carl is broke and owes thousands of dollars to Ash, a professional gambler. When Ash shows up to collect, Carl convinces him to join the game for some easy winnings.
