Mexican street food fair

Dos Caminos celebrates a return to Las Vegas with a Mexican street food fair in honor of Cinco de Mayo. The festivities begin Friday, May 3 with DJ entertainment and food and drink specials all weekend in the restaurant, while Sunday, May 5 features an outdoor street food fair under a 4000 square foot tent in the parking lot. Starting at 11 am Sunday, Corporate Executive Chef Ivy Stark and the Dos Caminos will cook at stations highlighting street food, including tacos, an al pastor spit, grilled corn, mango on a stick, ice cream and more, along with agua fresca, tubs of beer and margaritas, all available for purchase. Guest can also enjoy mariachi music, guacamole and cocktail making demonstrations and Chef Stark will be signing her cookbook "Dos Caminos Mexican Street Food." A portion of proceeds from the day will benefit the Three Square Food Bank.
