Vistas and Viewpoints

Bobbie Ann Howell’s signature art processes, collaged photography and cut-paper drawings, were brought together to create “Vistas and Viewpoints,” an exhibit which runs from Tuesday, Jan. 21 through Friday, March 14 at the Winchester Cultural Center Gallery, 3130 S. McLeod Drive, just north of Desert Inn Road. A reception for the artist is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24. The exhibit can be viewed during the center’s business hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
