Master Tour de France

This special event will bring 12 world-class chefs, 12 wineries and spirit makers to Las Vegas showcasing specialties in technique and cuisine from different regions of France.

The General Assembly, known as the “Maitres Cuisiners de France,” Master Tour de France will highlight 12 Maitres Cuisiners, wineries and spirit makers, including five celebrated Las Vegas chefs:
• Olivier Dubreuil of The Venetian and The Palazzo
• Claude Le Tohic of Joel Robuchon
• Steven Benjamin of L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon
• Jean Joho of Eiffel Tower
• David Werly of Mandarin Oriental

Additional prestigious chefs from across the world taking place in the event include:
• Frederic Morineau of Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman
• Gerard Bertholon of Cuisine Solutions, Alexandria, Virginia
• Michel Blanchet of Michel Blanchet, Los Angeles
• Olivier Desaintmartin of Zinc, Philadelphia
• Jerome Ferrer of Europea, Montreal
• Claude Godard of Jean & Gason, New York
• Philippe Godard of Le Senon and LePostillon, France
• Jean-Louis Gerin of New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier, Vermont
