Artist Yasmina Chavez marries traditional portraiture with found imagery to explore ideas of adaptation and human/animal coexistence. The exhibit is on display through March 15 at Counterspace at Emergency Arts and the opening reception is February 8 from 6-10 p.m. Events in Las Vegas get canceled every now and then. It doesn’t hurt checking with the venue to confirm the listing.
Counterspace is open during Emergency Arts' gallery hours or by appointment.
