Evan N. Sorenson, 82, of Las Vegas, died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 21, 1914, in St. George, Utah. A 60-year resident, he was a retired electrician.
He was preceded in death by one son, John Sorenson.
He is survived by his wife, Cleona; one daughter, Penny Moore, and one son, Knute Sorenson, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled from 2-6 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Additional visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Tuesday in the LDS Harmony Ward. Graveside committal services will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in Memory Gardens.
