Actions of illegals toward police deserve no sympathy

On the TV news one sees a 20-second excerpt showing the deputies exercising authority over the criminals. Nowhere have I seen film footage of the chase in which speeds of 100 miles were reached.

Nor did I see any footage of the articles thrown from the truck to impede the police chase. I also did not see any of the film footage of the driver running citizens off the road, placing them in great peril. Have I missed something?

It appears the people filming the arrest did not think it important to disclose the filming of the entire episode, why?

I think the people filming the 20 seconds of the apprehension were cowardly and dishonestly in not allowing the public to see the entire episode, and that goes for the local media as well.

What are we citizens to do in regards to the borders of our country being breached every day? It is obvious the federal government can't control this criminal activity.

I suggest we recall the U.S. troops from Bosnia and place them on the U.S./Mexico border. This should help impede much criminal activity on our border.

Two fine police officers are in peril because a cowardly news media crew took 20 seconds of film involving a criminal activity that had to have taken an hour or more to complete.

The outrage of this whole affair is that the illegals who came into my country -- your country were given temporary work permits and allowed to stay in the U.S. I take this as a personal insult!

None of the so-called beatings would have occurred had not a law been broken. Gonzalez shares culpability in this situation. I have no sympathy for her at all.
