He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son, Nick Musolino Jr. of Las Vegas; one daughter, Patricia Tarr of Houston; two sisters, Jay Valerio and Mary McLean, both of Campbell, Ohio; three brothers, Phil Musolino of Campbell, Anthony Musolino of Struthers, Ohio, and John Musolino of Youngstown, Ohio; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
