The co-owner of PT's Mining Co., a bar and casino on Boulder Highway in Henderson, is selling its interest to its partner.
Revenue Properties Co. Ltd. of Toronto had been in a partnership with Phil and Tom Boeckle in the PT's Pubs chain of video poker bars and in PT's Mining Co.
As part of Revenue Properties' plan to exit the Nevada gambling business, the 23 PT's Pubs were sold this year to Golden Gaming Inc.
Golden is a slot route operation controlled by former Station Casinos Inc. executive Blake Sartini and his wife, Delise. PT's Mining Co. was not included in that deal.
Revenue Properties today said it agreed to sell its interest in PT's Mining to its partners, the Boeckles, for about $3 million (Canadian).
