Helena Clayton, 99, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A bookkeeper, she was born Jan. 5, 1904, in Fremont, Neb.

Keith Philo Collier

Keith Philo Collier, 63, of Boulder City died Saturday in Boulder City. A resident for five years, he was born May 16, 1940, in Colorado.

He is survived by his companion, Janice Adams of Boulder City; one son, Daniel Collier; three daughters, Julie Thompson, Dawn McElroy and Tracy Adams; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Betty Fowlie

Betty Fowlie, 73, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born July 27, 1929, in Milwaukee. A resident for 18 years, she was a retired city government clerk, a St. Rose Dominican Hospital volunteer and taught adults to read at Henderson Library.

She is survived by five daughters, Susan Brunke of Arvada, Colo., Pat Barash of Aurora, Colo., Pam Jonas of Palm Coast, Fla., and Judy Lucas and Mary Murphy, both of Henderson; two sisters, Dorothy Fritsch and Joanne Huebschen, and four brothers, Ralph Radke, Harvey Radke, Robert Radke and Jack Radke, all of Milwaukee; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.

Gwendolyn Harman

Gwendolyn Harman, 87, of Las Vegas died June 9 in a local hospital. She was born May 21, 1916, in California. A resident for 21 years, she was a telex operator for a freight company.

She is survived by three sons, Drew, Walter and Rudy.

Thersa M. Harrison

Thersa M. Harrison, 29, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 18, 1973, in Syracuse, N.Y.

She is survived by her father, Duane Harrison, one sister, Tia Dacy, and her grandmother, Elizabeth Herne, all of Syracuse.

Stanley Hiller

Stanley Hiller, 46, of Las Vegas died June 9 in Las Vegas. He was born March 22, 1957, in Germany. A resident for 15 years, he was a driver in the tourism industry.

He is survived by one brother, Charles Hiller of Las Vegas.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Patrick Levik Holt

Patrick Levik Holt, 39, of Las Vegas died June 5 in Las Vegas. He was born May 23, 1964, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a subcontractor in the construction industry.

He is survived by one son, Kenneth Holt of Star, Idaho; his father, James Holt, and one sister, Tina Holt, both of Las Vegas.

Carl J. Macchirella

Carl J. Macchirella, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 21, 1931, in New York. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Rosann; two daughters, Collette Lewis of California and Connie Diemoz of Las Vegas; two sons, Vinnie Macchirella and Joseph Macchirella, one stepdaughter, Dolores Macchirella, and three stepsons, Joshua Jackman, Joseph Macchirella and Jared Macchirella, all of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 6:30 p.m. today in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in American Burial and Cremation Services. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Patrick Charles Powers

Patrick Charles Powers, 56, of Las Vegas died Friday in California. He was born Feb. 18, 1947, in New Orleans. A resident for two years, he retired as director of a substance abuse center.

He is survived by one son, Patrick Powers Jr. of Vashon Island, Wash.; his father, Charles Powers, and one sister, Susan Powers, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 2-3 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Richard B. Prazak

Richard B. Prazak, 70, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born April 16, 1933, in Dorchester, Neb. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired U.S. Postal Service supervisor, a Korean War Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion and a charter member of the Studebaker Drivers Club.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three sons, David Prazak, Larry Prazak and Rob Prazak, and one daughter, Lisa Prazak, all of Phoenix; three sisters, Mary Bullock and Joan Beratta, both of Omaha, Neb., and Dorothy McGregor of Lincoln, Neb.; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today with a 6 p.m. service in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. An additional service will be 9 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

P. Tim Reinhardt, 62, of Las Vegas died June 9 in a local hospital. He was born June 28, 1940, in Texas. A resident for 18 years, he was a computer consultant.

He is survived by his companion, Diane Maxwell; three daughters, Debi, Jeri and RaeLynne; three brothers, Jeff, Dan and Bob; one sister, Mary; and three grandchildren.

Emilia Salayich

Emilia Salayich, 83, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. She was born May 31, 1920, in Rome. A resident for 47 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Violet Hawkes, and one son, Vince Salayich, both of Henderson; two brothers; two sisters; and six grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be private.

Charles M. Sandridge

Charles M. Sandridge, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 19, 1925, in Goodman, Miss. A resident for more than 20 years, he was a retired hotel chef and a World War II Army Air Corps and Navy veteran.

Charles Sowman

Charles Sowman, 68, of Herrin, Ill., died Friday in Las Vegas. A retired restaurateur, he was born Feb. 22, 1935, in Herrin.

He is survived by his wife, Henrietta; and one daughter, Juilie Roland of Las Vegas.

Joseph E. Sparks

Joseph E. Sparks, 89, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 24, 1914, in Midland, Texas. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired armory foreman.

He is survived by his wife, Annette; two daughters, Pamela Monte of Norco, Calif., and Sherry Vest of Columbus, Miss.; two sons, Ronald Sparks of Albuquerque and Eugene McCurry of Pell City, Ala.; and two sisters, Margaret Langford and Bonnie Bosco, both of Modesto, Calif.

Hetty M. Stoppani

Hetty M. Stoppani, 85, of North Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born June 22, 1917, in Oxford, England. A resident for 24 years, she was a retired restaurateur.

She is survived by two daughters, Anita Ellison of North Las Vegas and Terri Flynn of Las Vegas; one son, Michael Stoppani of Sequim, Wash.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were scheduled Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.

Dexter C. Thomas

Dexter C. Thomas, 73, of Blue Diamond died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 9, 1929, in Flagstaff, Ariz. A resident for 56 years, he was a retired hotel engineer, a contractor and real estate developer, a veteran of the Army and National Guard, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, Blue Diamond Charitable Association and Operating Engineers Local 501.

He is survived by two daughters, Valerie Varner of Henderson and Vikki Thomas of Las Vegas; three sons, Daniel Thomas and John Thomas, both of Las Vegas, and Robert Thomas of Henderson; one sister, Kaarla Butts of San Marcos, Calif.; one brother, Karrl Saxon of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Jessie M. Toston, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 30, 1938, in Pioneer, La. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four daughters, Kathy Gray and Marilyn Monroe, both of Las Vegas, Brenda Gray of California and Tarsha Bunch of Indiana; one son, Lyndon Gray of North Las Vegas; four brothers, Brady Gray and Alton Gray, both of Louisiana, and Jesse Gray and James Gray, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Lois Mack of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Unity Baptist Church, 545 N. Marion Drive, followed by a private burial. American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, handled arrangements.

William T. Waddilove Sr.

William T. Waddilove Sr., 54, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born June 21, 1948, in New Jersey. A resident for 13 years, he was a teacher.

He is survived by one son, William Waddilove Jr. of Boulder City; two daughters, Jaclyn of Las Vegas and Kathleen Waddilove of Boulder City; and one brother, John Waddilove of New Jersey.

A memorial service was scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Aileen Williams

Aileen Williams, 67, of Searchlight died Friday in a local care center. She was born July 14, 1935, in Vernon, Texas. A resident for 20 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Grover; three daughters, Sharon Williams of Riverside, Calif., and Sandy Jensen and Brenda Blake, both of Henderson; two sons, Kurt Russell of Kingman, Ariz., and Stan Williams of Henderson; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled until 5 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
