Woodcut prints

Artist Mario Arango will demonstrate the art of woodcutting from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday in July at the Valley of Fire State Park. Woodcut prints will be on display as well. Admission is free. 397-2088.

Group exhibition

A group exhibition by members of the Moapa Valley Art Guild, including watercolors, oils, acrylics and ceramics, can be seen at the Lost City Museum in Overton during July. Admission is $2. 397-2193.

Artist forum

The public is invited to participate in an artist forum featuring renowned Chicano artist Gonzalo Plascencia and local Chicana artist Lee Medina from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the Hispanic Museum of Nevada, 250 N. Eastern Ave. Medina's tri-dimensional paper artwork will be exhibited. 230-0231.

Photo exhibit

Pencil illustrations

Water media exhibit

Exhibit

The Woodturners Association will exhibit their lathe-turned works of wood, stone and metal at the Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road, starting Thursday. The exhibit will continue until Aug. 26. 507-3400.

'Cool Breezes'

'Visions'

'Zen Mechanics'

Dinosaur eggs
