Gary Michael Abbott

Gary Michael Abbott, 61, of Las Vegas died June 4 in Las Vegas. He was born July 31, 1941, in Illinois. A resident for 43 years, he was a taxicab driver and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Judith; and five sisters, Janice Peller of Florida, Judy Leclair of New Hampshire, Mary Cosman of Kansas and Carol Abbott and Cathy Abbott, both of Arizona.

Tom Andrew

Tom Andrew, 64, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born May 22, 1939, in Pekerni, Greece. A resident for 38 years, he was a dealer and a member of the Ahepa Club for more than 50 years.

He is survived by two daughters, Dianna Cioppi of Hampton Cove, Ala., and Athena Andrew; two sisters, Dena Kitsos and Mary Chachas; and one brother, George Andrew.

Visitation is scheduled two hours prior to an 11 a.m. service Tuesday in St. John the Baptist's Greek Orthodox Church, 5300 S. El Camino Road. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Earl H. Boyer

Earl H. Boyer, 93, of Las Vegas died June 17 in Las Vegas. He was born July 24, 1909, in Kansas. A resident for 48 years, he was a retired classified employee for the Clark County School District.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine; three sons, Allan of San Diego; Donald of Las Vegas and George of Albuquerque; one sister, Ruth O'Barr; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Richard E. 'Dick' Condon

Richard E. "Dick" Condon, 74, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 6, 1928, in Detroit. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired Army CW3 and World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; two sons, Edmund Condon of Franklin, Tenn., and Kevin Condon of Las Vegas; two daughters, Cecelia Condon and Colleen Bristow, and three sisters, Eileen Atkins, Elizabeth Fulford and Rita, all of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Main.

The family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association, 2785 E. Desert Inn Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121.

Corine Cynthia Earl

Corine Cynthia Earl, 57, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A resident for 23 years, she was born May 11, 1946, in Chicago.

She is survived by her husband, Augus; one daughter, Dina Earl, and two sons, Lamarr Earl and Gregory Earl, all of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A memorial service will follow in Bunkers Chapel. Interment will be in Eden Vale Mausoleum.

June K. Farr

June K. Farr, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 27, 1919, in Kansas. A resident for 30 years, she was a retired PBX operator.

She is survived by one daughter, Betty Jo Hunt of Colorado; her companion, Marlene Smith; and one brother, Phillip Tinsley.

Dulce Amelia Gonzalez

Dulce Amelia Gonzalez, 83, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 5, 1919, in Manzanillo, Cuba. A resident for 14 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Carlos Gonzalez of Hialeah, Fla.; one daughter, Isis Cheda of Las Vegas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Anne R. Hambric

Anne R. Hambric, 81, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1921, in Texas. A resident for six months, she was a retired piano teacher and a member of the American Contract Bridge League.

She is survived by two daughters, Patty Holmes and Virginia Hambric; one brother, Albert Horton; and two grandchildren.

Howard W. Johnson

Howard W. Johnson, 94, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Jan. 11, 1909, in Ithaca, N.Y. A resident for 64 years, he was a retired automobile mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; one daughter, Joanne Clawson; one son, Don L. Johnson of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Elaine Lohf; one sister, Thelma Jones of Albany, N.Y.; one brother, Lloyd Johnson of Florida; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Jillian M. Love

Jillian M. Love, 20, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born March 8, 1983, in Salt Lake City. A resident for 10 years, she managed a local grocery.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Jr.; one son, Chasyn; two daughters, Jordyn and Kylee; her parents, Richard and Terry; two brothers, Richard Jr. and Kris; three sisters, Kelly, Rachel Love and Racheal; and her grandmother, Oma.

Lewis B. Moss

Lewis B. Moss, 80, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 17, 1922, in Trenton, Mo. A resident for 51 years, he retired as supervisor of the heating and air conditioning department for the Clark County School District after 22 years, was a World War II Army veteran, a member of the Eagles and Moose lodges and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Judith B.; two sons, William Moss of Las Vegas and Terry Moss of Pittsburgh; three daughters, Judice L. Moss of North Las Vegas, Sulinda Schulty of Las Vegas and Vikki Newman of New Hampshire; one sister, Hazel Wenzel of Galesburg, Ill.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be noon Wednesday in Palm Memorial Park. Graveside services will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Don L. Redaja, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born June 21, 1923, in the Philippines. A resident for six years, he was a retired firefighter for the federal government.

He is survived by his wife, Esperanza P.; four daughters, Miriam Sanchez of Yigo, Guam, Lily Redaja of Seattle, Grace Hechanova of Whittier, Calif., and Hope Cole of Las Vegas; two sons, Melvin Redaja of Henderson and Orlando Redaja of Yigo; one sister, Lourdes Taguiam of Machinao, Guam; one brother, Mark Redaja of Artesia, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday with a 6:30 p.m. service Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Douglas A. Richards

Douglas A. Richards, 73, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 17, 1929, in Michigan. A resident for 2 1/2 months, he was a retired director of operations and an Army veteran.

He is survived by one son, Curtis Richards; four daughters, Patricia Byrd, Barbara Woodward, Merry Hosel and Julie Thole; one sister, Margaret Freeman; and five grandchildren.

Ann Kendrid Roberts

Ann Kendrid Roberts, 88, of North Las Vegas died Friday in North Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 16, 1914, in Troy, Texas. A resident for 48 years, she was a store owner.

She is survived by one goddaughter, Hazel McCollum of Las Vegas; two sisters, Lelia Wooten of Washington, D.C., and Elizabeth Dunn of California; and one brother, Arthur Kendrid of California.

A nicheside service will be Tuesday in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Forrest Walton Warner

Forrest Walton Warner, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 20 in Buena Vista, Ga. A resident for more than 20 years, she was a retired human resources director for a county facility, a member of Southern Nevada Coalition of Concerned Women, Democratic Womens Club, UMC Auxiliary, Ebony and Ivory Sun City Club and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Womens Club and was on the board of directors of the League of Women Voters.

She is survived by one daughter, Shelleye Warner, and one son, Jacy D. Warner III, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Dr. Gladys Hall of Washington, D.C.; one brother, Myrick Walton of Hartford, Conn.; and two grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Graveside services will follow at noon Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

David C. Witherell

David C. Witherell, 70, of Las Vegas died June 23 in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 8, 1932, in Saginaw, Mich. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired retail store owner-operator and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by three daughters, Stacy D. Cooper, Dana C. Gutterman and Lisa Beth Witherell-Miramontes, all of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.
