Lake Mead Hospital's chief executive was transferred last week to another Tenet Healthcare Hospital, corporate officials said.
Jeff Comer transferred to Whittier Hospital Medical Center in Whittier, Calif., near Los Angeles. The active administrator for Lake Mead Hospital is interim chief operations officer Bob Caldwell. It has not been determined whether Caldwell will become permanent in either role.
Lake Mead Hospital, in North Las Vegas, was one of 14 hospitals California-based Tenet listed for sale in March. It is among a few hospitals that have not been sold.
