Donald Barnhard

Donald Barnhard, 60, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Phoenix. He was born Sept. 15, 1943, in Marion, Ohio. A resident for 42 years, he was a business owner in sales, an Air Force veteran and a member of the Teamsters Local 14.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; two sons, Darin Barnhard and Chad Barnhard, and one daughter, Meggan Barnhard, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Pat Smith and Pearl Thompkins, both of Toledo, Ohio; and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be 12:40 p.m. April 23 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Neptune Society, 1729 W. Greentree Drive, Suite 103, Tempe, Ariz., 85284-2712, is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to the Mayo Clinic Hospital for Sporadic CJD Research.

Judith M. Clark

Judith M. Clark, 58, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born March 18, 1946, in St. Louis. A lifelong resident, she was a retired executive director of the Arthritis Foundation.

She is survived by her husband, Randall; two sons, Jason Clark and Bryan Clark, and one daughter, Tammera Clark, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, William Dischbein of Las Vegas and David Dischbein of Cedar City, Utah; one sister, Shirley Eubanks of Winters, Texas; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Rosie Lee Collins

Rosie Lee Collins, 57, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born May 26, 1946, in Fordyce, Ark. A resident for 40 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by five sons, Jay Dee Collins, Tyrone Collins, Sammy Collins, Lashawn Collins and Anthony Collins, and two brothers, Tommy Lee Collins and Marvin Collins, all of Las Vegas; four sisters, Willie Pearl Tatum, Bobbie Sue Childs, Tommie Jean Pickett and Alice Marie Collins, all of Arkansas; and 18 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Zion Methodist Church, 2108 N. Revere St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Jerome D'Agostino

Jerome D'Agostino, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Feb. 17, 1923, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 16 years, he was a masonry worker and an Army veteran.

He is survived by one son, Elliott Goldwyn; two daughters, Bonita Aquino and Sandra Goldwyn; three sisters, Stella Taschetta, Angelina De Lottenville and Jean Carmen D'Agostino; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private arrangements.

Marion Funston

Marion Funston, 91, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local health care center. She was born Aug. 1, 1912, in New York City. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired bookkeeper for a trucking company.

She is survived by one nephew, Barry Levenson of Phoenix; and one niece, Roberta Levenson of Las Vegas.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Luther Graves

Luther Graves, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 27, 1917, in Idabel, Okla. A resident for 59 years, he was a mason.

He is survived by his wife, Eddie Williams Graves; five sons, Billy Graves, Roy Lee Graves, Lee Van Graves, Willie E. Graves and Andy Graves, and eight daughters, Vera Cherry, Sandy Graves-Hall, Reva Williams, Frances Williams, Pecolla Floyd, Miranda Williams, Jewell Williams and Lillie Williams, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. Sunday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Maria D. McDonald

Maria D. McDonald, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 9, 1925, in Costa Rica. A resident for 48 years, she was a jeweler.

She is survived by one daughter, Janette St. Pierre of Eugene, Ore.; two sons, Ken of the Philippines and Randy of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 9 a.m. Monday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Hills Memorial Cemetery, Overton.

John 'Danny' Nash

John "Danny" Nash, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a health care center in Iowa. He was born June 27, 1921, in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a 1938 graduate of Muscatine High School, played semi-pro basketball, was a member of the Shriners, Elks and Masons and was a member of the Elmwood Country Club for 50 years.

He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Nash.

He is survived by his wife, Cordie; three daughters, Vanessa Kennedy of Wellsburg, Iowa, Janice Galla-Rini of Corona, Calif., and Jill Franklin of Woodbridge, Va.; two sons, Craig Hornbacher of Berwick, Iowa, and John "Butch" Nash Jr. of Ottumwa, Iowa; one sister, Alice Kinicin of San Diego; 18 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled. Pursel-Davis Funeral Home & Crematory, Marshalltown, is handling arrangements.

Lloyd Stanley Nelson

Lloyd Stanley Nelson, 73, of Las Vegas died April 2 in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 27, 1930, in Santa Monica, Calif. He was a furniture upholsterer and a Korean War Navy veteran.

He is survived by one son, Craig Gehrke of Las Vegas.

Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd.

Solomon E. Oliver

Solomon E. Oliver, 78, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born March 15, 1926, in Greensboro, N.C. A resident for 18 years, he was a retired liquor store owner and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; two daughters, Renee Miller of Las Vegas and Belinda Ulman of Killeen, Texas; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Stanley Melvin Styszko

Stanley Melvin Styszko, 79, of Las Vegas and Oak Harbor, Ohio, died Wednesday. A millright and a World War II Navy veteran who served for 33 years, he was born Feb. 24, 1925, in Ohio.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dolores C.; one son, Michael of Dearborn, Mich.; two daughters, Patty O'Keefe of Las Vegas and Darlene Bovee of Greenville, S.C.; one brother, Richard Styszko of Toledo, Ohio; and three grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Toledo, Ohio. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Arianna Marie Tinder

Arianna Marie Tinder died Wednesday at birth in a local hospital. She was born April 14, 2004, in Nevada.

She is survived by her father, Kevin Tinder; and her mother, Isela Saldivar, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation was scheduled 1-5 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main.

Terry Wilson

Terry Wilson, 64, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born April 22, 1939, in Chicago. A resident for 12 years, he was an office furniture salesman and an Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Rory Wilson of Gilbert, Ariz., and Arnold Wilson of Las Vegas; one sister, Julie Abbit of Tempe, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Sunday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Alan Edward Wockenfuss

Alan Edward Wockenfuss, 79, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born May 25, 1924, in Groton, S.D. A resident for 18 years, he was a retired Air Force colonel, a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran and a member of the Retired Officers Association.

He is survived by his wife, Lorena M.; three daughters, Holly Jo Tabler of Mesa, Ariz., Randi Ann Davies of Poulsbo, Wash., and Sara Jane Wockenfuss of Las Vegas; one brother, Wilbur E. Wockenfuss of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled noon until a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Marcella Yanke

Marcella Yanke, 85, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. She was born Aug. 18, 1918, in New York City. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired risk management director for a manufacturer and sales company.

She is survived by one daughter, Adrianne Gelisse, and one son, Rodney C. Yanke, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Viola Fienstein of Hesperia, Calif.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
