It seems that editorial cartoonist Mike Smith doesn’t know an important political fact. The Smith’s World cartoon Tuesday included the comment “You can’t cut what I’m not paying.”
Not so for the Democrats. They have sent, and now propose to send again, checks to people who don’t pay taxes, and call it a tax cut!
