Metro Police are investigating a violent dispute that sent one person to a hospital with a gunshot wound this afternoon in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.
Shortly after 1 p.m. today, officers responded to a residence on Camino De Rosa Drive, near Smoke Ranch Road and Jones Boulevard, on a domestic violence call, police said.
Police are looking for two men, one wearing a red doo-rag, who left the scene in a silver car, Officer Barbara Morgan said. Metro's gang unit responded to the scene.
One person was taken to University Medical Center with a gunshot wound and has gone into surgery, police said. The person is listed in critical condition, Morgan said.
