A Fugitive Investigative Strike Team arrested a 60-year-old pastor in Las Vegas today wanted in Washington state for striking and killing a teen bicyclist.

Randall Foos was wanted by the Kennewick Police Department stemming from a 2003 incident that resulted in the death of the bicyclist, according to a statement from the U.S. Marshals Office.

Foos was released on bond while his case was appealed, but his conviction was upheld and a nationwide warrant for his arrest was issued Monday.

Nevada FIS members found Foos and arrested him near Cactus Drive and Decatur Boulevard. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center, where he is awaiting extradition to Washington.
