Sunset Pointe Industrial Center is a new industrial park consisting of 21 buildings with more than 104,000 total square feet. Individual buildings range in size from just under 4,000 square feet to almost 18,000 square feet and provide mostly office and warehouse space with limited retail use. Each building is equipped with 12-foot by 14-foot grade level loading areas, fire sprinkler systems and glass storefronts. Sitting adjacent to Sunset Road near U.S. 93/95 and Boulder Highway, tenants in the Sunset Pointe Industrial Center have easy access to the Strip, major freeways and McCarran International Airport.

Tuscano Medical Parc Phase II

The Tuscano Medical Parc is in its second phase and features a new, two-story custom designed specialty medical building. It includes a surgery center, urgent care facilities, imaging center, three surgery practices and a physical therapy practice located in a 96,000-square-foot Class A medical park. The project is situated adjacent to Health South near the St. Rose Hospital Siena Campus off South Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway.
