Women to Watch:

Lisa Brady

Managing Director, Investment Sales and Leasing Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services

For the past year, Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services has been transforming from a real estate management group into a full service real estate company. One team player that has helped this transition along is Lisa Brady.

Brady oversees Gatski’s brokerage and leasing departments, which include 5 million square feet of Clark County real estate. In addition, she runs the firm’s new cost segregation and tax divisions. While she has only been with Gatski for four months, oversejavascript:void(0);eing the firm’s new business arms has involved implementing cultural shifts at the company away from strictly servicing existing Gatski clients to drumming up new business, Brady explains.

Besides growing new business offerings for Gatski, 2010 will see Brady facilitating LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification processes for her and seven other Gatski real estate professionals. She is also a member of the NAIOP ( the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) sustainable development committee. Brady sees the participation in sustainable building initiatives as another way to help service the wide range of needs Gatski clients have.

“What we’re trying to do is find any and every way we can to help with operating costs,” she said. “We’re branching out into all divisions to service our clients completely.”
