Sen. John Ensign recently announced he is establishing a fund to help pay legal expenses covering the Senate and FBI investigation into his affair with his best friend’s wife.
Give me a break! The gall of this man is astounding.
He needs to resign from the Senate and get on with his life and allow those he has dishonored to do the same. Why would anyone want to contribute money to help him try to defend his egregious behavior? Politicians often show an arrogant side, but Ensign takes the cake.
