As senior vice president of Colliers’ industrial division, Brian Riffel has more than a decade of marketing and sales experience. He entered into real estate in 1997 where he focused on marketing commercial projects, and later joined a holding company where he diversified into all aspects of real estate and the formation of new developments. To date, Riffel has successfully negotiated the sale and lease of more than 7 million square feet, totaling more than $825 million. A partial list of his notable landlord/tenant clients includes Brady Industries, Met’l Span, Pole Position, Marshall Retail Group, Palms Casino & Resort, Abatix Corp., Circus Circus Casino Inc., Rent A Center, Bassett Furniture and Krispy Kreme. Riffel is an active sponsor for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, Susan G. Komen Foundation and Colliers International – Las Vegas’ Links for Life Foundation. In addition, his family supports the Lied Animal Shelter and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
