Bruce Richards serves as senior vice president of finance for Thomas & Mack Development Group. Richards is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative policies, practices, planning and reporting. His duties include managing project financial feasibility, tenant underwriting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecast modeling and project debt financing. While serving in this capacity, he has made significant contributions to the strength and sophistication of the company’s financial policy, procedure and systems. During Richards’ 20-year career, he has been instrumental in the development of numerous office buildings and parks, retail centers, multi-family housing and business-class hotels. Prior to joining Thomas & Mack in 1999, he served as Vice President of Finance for local development firm American Nevada Corporation in Henderson. Richards received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute.
