Dan Hale, vice president of community development for Pardee Homes, has been responsible for land development and project management for master-planned communities and neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. From Eldorado to Lake Las Vegas, Pardee currently has eight active neighborhoods in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Clark County. Hale led the development of Pardee’s 340-acre master-planned community of Nevada Trails that helped spur the development of other residential, retail and commercial projects in the booming southwest valley. Hale joined Pardee Homes in 1999 as land development manager. Prior to that, he worked with Nevada Power Company in the area of site development. A Professional Civil Engineer, Hale received his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and an MBA at the University of Phoenix. More than a developer of land and homes, Hale has been involved in the development of youth in our community. He has been a soccer and baseball coach in his private time, and leads Pardee’s efforts in building and donating significant athletic field structures for high schools near Pardee neighborhoods. He also plays a strong role in Pardee’s annual high school scholarship program, which has awarded more than $350,000 in scholarships to more than 80 local students interested in higher education in the field of home building and community development.
