Dean Kaufman joined Colliers’ Office Division in 2004, and is part of the established team of Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin and Michael Koontz. He specializes in office tenant representation for lease or purchase. Past clients include the American National Red Cross, Lockheed Martin, Hair Club, TEK systems, Humana and Sallie Mae. An Australia native, Kaufman graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management. He moved to the United States in 1995 and spent seven years in the cruise ship industry. Based in Miami, he worked for a marketing subsidiary of the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, where he implemented recruitment, training and development programs while increasing revenue for key clients, including Royal Caribbean International. Kaufman is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, The Australian Las Vegas Business Group and is an SIOR candidate member.
