As founder, principal and manager of Dakem & Associates LLC, Kem Fredrick is responsible for all field operations, project scheduling and staffing for all construction projects in the Las Vegas valley. Prior to founding Dakem & Associates LLC in 1998 Fredrick’s experience includes an additional 24 years of experience in the Las Vegas market working on large projects such as major resort construction and renovation.
